Fair Pricing (Away Fans)

On the 14th of September 2009 the Association wrote to Kilmarnock Football Club asking them to consider that the same pricing arrangements are charged to away fans entering the Chadwick Stand as those home supporters entering the Moffat Stand.

The Assoication feel that as a starting point the same reduced prices should be given to the same age groups in both stands i.e. the under 16s recieve reduced entry in the Moffat while the same admission price is limited to under 12s in the Chadwick. Although the letter doesn’t mention this intial idea the communication did ask the club to consider a fairer and equal price structure for visiting supporters.

The Association will follow-up this first letter with a further attempt to persuade the club that we can’t criticise others for their increased charges to away fans when we inflict the same ethos.

Scottish Football can no longer afford to run by the ideology that you should do on to others what they would do to you!

The Association feel that Kilmarnock Football Club should be a leader in bringing fair admission prices across the board in Scotland.
